Operations Coordinator at Collective Impact (view all jobs) San Francisco, CA 94115 Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours / week Salary: $56,000 - $62,000, DOE Reports to: Operations and Human Resources Manager
The Job: Operations Coordinator – Point person for the day-to-day operations at Collective Impact to ensure the organization’s efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is passionate, hands-on, and a culturally competent team player.
Office + Facilities Management
Manages and maintains office equipment, furniture, office supplies and coordination with building management and vendors
Coordinates in-person IT support, performing troubleshooting where possible
Maintain and troubleshoot Google Drive, Asana, Slack, and KidLink, escalate as needed
Coordinate information management and seamless filing and retrieval of documents across the organization
Manage day-to-day office management: procure and maintain office and equipment inventory
USPS retrieval and distribution for the organization, maintaining confidentiality when necessary
Ensure that all tools and supportive technology are being well utilized across all roles and propose evolution of tools to better support operations
Work with Receptionist staff to keep office and facilities clean and safe for community
Administrative
Supports staff and board with events, meetings and travel coordination
Participate in staff meetings and any assigned professional development trainings
Assists executive team with miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Supports with grant writing and budget management tasks
Program
Support program supplies, food, and snack ordering
Facilitation of event planning and recreation activities, as needed
Maintain positive community relationships by attending community events and meetings
Other duties as required by Program Manager
Desired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, in pursuit of 4-year degree preferred
Passion for working with vulnerable, low income or high need youth populations
Confidence in facilitating literacy activities
Desire to learn and gain new skills and be a team player
Approach the work with a strategic eye to improve current processes
Proactively address operational issues and collaborate to solve problems quickly and thoughtfully
Flexible demeanor with the ability to multi-task and change focus at any time
Ability to use Google, Microsoft Office, internet and email programs
